  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

Requirements: :

  • Male/Female

  • Proven working experience as sales associate

  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

  • Excellent command in English and Bahasa Malaysia (bonus if you can speak mandarin)

  • Minimum education qualification is SPM

  • Must be able to work on weekdays and public holidays

  • 18 years above and Malaysian citizens.

A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary.


  • Manage emails
  • Manage WhatsApp message
  • Manage our social media dm’s/inbox
  • Manage incoming calls
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Multimedia designers are the creative minds behind advertisements, informational videos, and many other types of content. They combine text, audio, photography, and video to create informational and impactful content. 

Uses creative and IT skills to produce multimedia products


  • Knowledge and skills in graphic and multimedia design and layout
  • Ability to present ideas and solutions through effective communication

  • Familiar with the standard Adobe Creative Suite tools—Photoshop, Illustrator—as well as Adobe Premiere, Flash, and After Effects
  • Be able to plan, shoot, and edit high quality video content and photographs
  • Must have high attention to detail and excellent personal communication skills
  • Portfolio showcasing digital work as a designer may be required
  • A degree in multimedia and graphic designing 
  • Diploma or certified courses in the relevant field will also prove to be beneficial for this position

The core function of the job is developing a content strategy based on a company’s or client’s business objectives and a customer’s or end user’s needs. Creative professionals in this role oversee content requirements and create content strategy deliverables across a project life cycle. This can include conducting content audits (qualitative analyses of all the content on a network of sites and social media accounts) as well as gap analyses.

The content strategist is often in charge of creating and maintaining editorial calendars, style guides, taxonomies, metadata frameworks and content migration plans. Content strategists may also be responsible for managing other employees and freelancers, maintaining budgets, and assisting with the technical integration of content.
